Dimensions
The Best Fitness BFFID10 FID Bench is compact, yet big and strong enough to support 250+ pounds of weight. The exact measurements are 54.5" in length, 18" in width, and 17" in height. Because of its adjustable natures, the height will vary (obviously) depending on the setting that you are using it at.
Speaking of these settings, there are 5 positions available, ranging from -10 degrees (a decline) all the way up to 70 degrees on an incline. Unfortunately, there is no support for a 90 degree right angle setting.
Comfort & Style
Complaining about the comfort of this bench will not be an issue that you have to worry about. The padding on the seat is 1.75" thick, and is made from a quality, heavy duty foam. The thing we like about this is that when you sit on it, there is a perfect amount of "cushioning" response from the padding. It doesn't sink right down, but then again it doesn't stay rigid or motionless.
We also like the safety of the machine. The adjustable areas are all supported by safety pins and bolts to ensure that even during exercises involving heavy weights; you won't need to worry about the back collapsing down on you.
Extras & Add-ons
Unsurprisingly, there are no added extras available for this bench. There is a 1 year limited warranty on the product - but you would probably be covered by consumer laws anyway (and maybe even for longer than 1 year).
Given the price of the product, we didn't actually have any expectations for "bonuses" and "extras" going in to this review - therefore we aren't overly disappointed by this.

The Best Fitness BFFID10 FID Bench is a genuinely simple bench, which would be downright ordinary if it wasn't for the fact that you can adjust the back.
It's not the prettiest bench either, but in saying that, not many people care about looks when it comes to exercise equipment, as long as it does the job. The pricing is attractive, and means that it is within reach of the average consumer.
Taking all of this in to consideration, we award 4.5 stars to the Best Fitness BFFID10 FID Bench.
